Totally online, self-paced, affordable, meets DPI requirement for teachers of online students


Learn proven principles and practices in online course models, planning, and management, as well as the different roles of learners and instructors in the online space. Plus, earn the Wisconsin Department of Instruction’s required 30 hours of professional development hours for teachers of online students. More»


Learners earn the certificate after completing the course Fundamentals of Online Teaching for K12 Instructors and a course project.

Course runs from June 12 - August 12, 2013. Enrollments accepted through July 10.

 

New Professional Certificates in Online Education—Fall 2013

These new, 6-CEU certificates build knowledge and skills in fundamental competencies essential for any instructor or designer of online learning. You will experience online learning in both collaborative and self-paced formats as you explore resources, do practice and reflection activities, and plan a unit of instruction to meet the needs of learners in your own teaching or design context.
